Very poor quality, the Abs piece stopped working completely after two days of use (I wrote an email to the manufacturer asking how to fix it, but still no reply), the arm pieces gradually stopped working one after the other (gradually as in over the days I had to increase intensity levels to feel the Ems as a Level 1), now the leg piece is decreasing in power. Once they stop working I can see corrosion on the electrodes. I didn't use them for hours, followed the instructions, and I didn't use them for fat burning or abs shaping as I'm in good shape, I only bought them to keep the shape as I don't have as much free time for workouts and jogging as I used to.
