I took it at the minimal 2 tablet dose per day and could feel breathing better {i'm asthmatic} that it claimed to do, and my testes are of a slightly bigger size before hrt. my blood pressure didn't elevate as when taking aswagatha and all the other purported testosterone stimulants. I would give it a 5 star if it cured erectile dysfunction, but it doesn't. it will only plump up your testes by promoting natural spermogenesis and make you breath easier.
