I needed them for back to back events, one being the same day they arrived, so I didn't have time to send back and wait for a replacement. I emailed video to MCS customer service and they quickly responded that they were sending out a replacement, with a tracking number shortly after. I really like the look of the frame and appreciate the great customer service. I plan to purchase more products in the future.

Better than having the poster lying around or wrapped up. While not the strongest, it works very well, and hanging it is easy. But they also look really nice.
