I have only put around a dozen arrows in it so I can't speak to it's long term durability, but I'm super glad I bought it. It was great to take on the hunting trip and pull out with easy to get a couple practice arrows down-range (like I said, light and more compact than some others). I have a feeling if you send a large number of broadheads in to it, it will begin to degrade when pulling them out (will eventually pull the foam with it). But I didn't buy it for practicing day-in day-out with broadheads. I just wanted to be able to verify distances/accuracy with the broadhead on my arrow vs. the field tip just prior to the hunting trip. For that purpose, I think it will be a well worth the money investment that will last a long time. I definitely recommend this for broadheads (or field tips). Great target! I have shot quiet a few broad heads thru it and come back sharp. Have noticed broad heads will tare target up little more, but still a great target. **Q: Can you use blunt tips on it?** A: Blunt tips are not recommended for use on foam targets. Most people just use them for small game or stump shooting **Q: Do you think a 7 year old shooting at range of 10-20 yds at a >15lb draw weight easily pull the arrows out of this block?** A: I think so. I shoot a 75lb bow at 330 fps and I've had to turn it in its side and use my knee as leverage to yank the arrows out. Even then I was seeing stars because I strained so hard. I would think a 15lb draw weight won't penetrate enough to make it that hard to pull out. It also helps when the target is relatively warm. I've noticed that the colder it gets, the harder it is to remove the arrows. This thing lasts forever though. **Q: Is the 15" dimension just the face that is perpendicular to the shooter? Or is it counting the sides that would be on an angle?** A: The 15" would include the four little angled sides that semi face the same directions. Fifteen inches is measuring across the entire target not just the flat face portion. Along those same lines, I have shot 1000's of arrows into just one side of this thing and it is taking a beating. Self sealing and no pass throughs. In fact the arrows enter about 5" before they are stopped. I will be interested to see how long it last shooting broad heads into it, so far I’ve put about 20 in it and you can’t even tell. Removing folding broadheads is much easier with this target than I’ve experienced with other targets so that is a plus as well. Pulling them backwards is easy to do so no more pushing arrows all the way through the other side to get the folding broadhead out. The overall size was smaller than expected but it works out because it’s easier and lighter to load up and haul around than other targets. “Aim small miss small” is always a good thing to practice anyways! The hi-viz colored target rings make shooting in low light just as easy as shooting in mid day.
