I had to use a rubber mallet to hammer the hight down until all 4 corners of the top tray were the same hight. The finished product looks good but is very flimsy. Wish I had ordered a metal version even though we live in Hawaii where metal corrosion is a serious issue. **Q: Height without wheels? I only have 23" under the table i want to add shelves under.** A: From the bottom with no wheels it measures 28.5 inches tall. From bottom, no wheels to top not including the two top handle it’s 25.5 inches. **Q: How do I purchase missing parts?** A: You should not have to purchase missing parts! If the item arrived incomplete contact one of those Amazon customer service folks in India. You should be entitled to a full refund for a defective item. Not pay an added expense. **Q: What us the "certain load bearing capacity"?** A: COULDN'T BE MUCH!! I use it for medical supplies.. Surgical Tape, Lg bandages, numerous sizes of sterile gauze pads, medicines, alot of wound cleaning supplies... These are all very lightweight products.... BUT THE 6 TIER I GOT.. IS FLIMSY AS HECK!! No matter how evenly I distribute the products per basket... IT JUST KEEPS LEANING TO ONE SIDE!!!! So I'm on here once again... trying to find something sturdier!!! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy assembly portable storage cart *by on Reviewed in the United States October 15, 2026* I purchased this three-tier plastic storage cart for a teacher, and I think it’s a great budget-friendly option for organizing lightweight classroom supplies.Assembly was incredibly easy and took me about five minutes from start to finish. Everything was straightforward, and I had no trouble putting it together. The cart itself is not the sturdiest, so I wouldn’t recommend it for storing particularly heavy items. However, it seems perfectly functional for organizing lighter supplies that you want to keep accessible and portable. The three trays offer a decent amount of storage space, although they aren’t especially deep. I think this cart would work best with smaller storage bins or containers placed inside the trays to keep everything organized. Loose or floppy items may be more difficult to contain because of the relatively shallow tray depth.I also tested the wheels by rolling the cart around after assembly, and they seemed to move smoothly without any issues.Overall, I think this is a simple, practical storage solution for the price. As long as you’re purchasing it with realistic expectations about its construction and weight capacity, I think it’s a good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dorm room essentials *by on Reviewed in the United States August 9, 2025* This blue 3-tier rolling cart delivers flexible storage for a range of spaces—from the home office to the kitchen and beyond. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it a practical grab-and-go organizer for everyday tasks. The plastic shelves are simple to clean and resist moisture, which is a nice plus in kitchens, bathrooms, or craft areas. While it’s not designed for heavy-duty use, it shines as a portable, space-saving solution for light to medium loads. What I like about itMobility and convenience: The integrated handle and smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to move around, so you can bring supplies exactly where you need them.Flexible, three-tier design: Ample space across three levels helps keep items organized and accessible without taking up a lot of floor space.Lightweight and easy to care for: The plastic construction is simple to wipe down and resistant to spills and humidity.Colorful touch: The blue finish adds a cheerful accent to any room, helping you differentiate storage zones at a glance.Easy to assemble: The design typically requires minimal tools or even none, with clear instructions that speed up setup.Weight capacity: This cart is best for light-to-medium items (office supplies, pantry staples, crafts, bath products). Overloading a shelf can cause bowing over time.Stability on uneven floors: It rolls well on flat surfaces but can wobble a bit on uneven tile or carpeted floors if heavily loaded.Durability vs. budget: While great for daily organization, it’s not a heavy-duty cart. Treat it as a secondary storage solution rather than a primary workhorse.Assembly variance: Some kits may have minor fit issues or require a bit of tightening after use; keep an eye on shelf alignment.Cleaning care: Avoid harsh solvents that could damage the plastic; a damp cloth and mild cleaner work best.Who this is forSmall-space homes, apartments, or dorm rooms needing mobile storage without a big footprint.Home offices, craft rooms, bathrooms, or kitchens where you want a lightweight, easy-to-move organizer.Anyone looking for a colorful, affordable way to keep supplies organized and accessible. The Sywhitta 3-Tier Plastic Rolling Utility Cart is a solid, budget-friendly option for flexible storage and easy mobility. It’s ideal for light to medium loads and spaces where you want quick access to supplies without committing to heavy furniture. If you need a portable organizer that’s simple to set up and easy to clean, this blue cart is worth considering. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap but does the trick *by on Reviewed in the United States April 15, 2026* Not super sturdy, make of cheap plastic and metal rods, its basically like a giant Lego, simple instructions but I wish there were screws involved so that the handles and layers wouldn't get loose and pop out of the joints, all clicked together easy tho and it does the trick, I did receive extra parts tho. But other then that it is fine really ## Frequently Bought Together - Sywhitta Rolling Utility Cart with Handle, Multi-Functional Storage Trolley for Office, Living Room, Kitchen, 4-Tier Movable Storage Organizer with Wheels, Black - Crayola Twistables Crayons Coloring Set, Kids Craft Supplies, Gift, 50 Count --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pl/products/446369109-4-tier-plastic-rolling-utility-cart-with-wheels-for-storage](https://www.desertcart.pl/products/446369109-4-tier-plastic-rolling-utility-cart-with-wheels-for-storage) --- *Product available on Desertcart Poland* *Store origin: PL* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
