You just need to get a little creative. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just about perfect for my needs *by C***N on November 16, 2022* This is a good product and I have now used it many times with up to 15#s of plates. From an old accident, I have some atrophy on the right side of my neck, only I notice this but the harness has really helped me balance and improve my neck muscles in a very short time. The side and back movements are no problem but when the weight is on the rear loop for front neck work the headpiece does shift, I just gently apply finger hold pressure on the top edge of the front of the strap, (my forehead) and perform that movement and it works fine. Make sure the headband is tight and make sure the chin strap is tight and you will be all set.
