I use it at work and it has plenty of stretch, and has a couple ways to attach it. It has a standard pocket hook and a carabiner style hook. I personally didn't use the sleeve that goes over the badge, as my work provides a much more solid type. The one that comes with it is the soft type. As far as a yoyo goes, it works fine.
