**Q: where is it made?**
A: The HurriK9 was designed in the U.S.A. For production, we visited and received quotations from factories in the U.S.A., Mexico, Taiwan, and China, and China was the only country that could product the goods at a high quality with a reasonable price. The item is quite expensive to make. We have visited our factories multiple times and have strict quality procedures in place to make sure that every order is up to our customer's standards.

**Q: Where is this made/manufactured?**
A: So sorry. I am not sure. While our dog loved this toy, it continued to break. For what it costs... we gave up and purchased orher, more sturdy catching games/toys.  Fwiw, our dog is a GSP, trained to retrieve without tearing the "prey" up. Still the launcher failed as well as the rings. Such a shame as the concept is awesome! Good luck!!!!!

**Q: Instructions said line the ring up, turn the band counter-clockwise, pull back as far as possible, launches 10-15 feet at best....what's wrong here?**
