The product arrived as it was shown here and everything was fine and dandy. The installation also went well and I was able to hoist it on my bathroom wall.Even though it is mentioned that it can carry almost 10 lbs, I was hesitant in over loading and hence just placed the very basic items such as a hair removal blade, couple of very small Kevin Murphy conditioners (sample packs) hardly weighs anything @ all and some minor bathroom knick knacks.
