I have a large house and a more complicated system than most. Besides needing 2 valves I needed 2 of there extenders and 2 hubs. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the App UI is not very good and I am comparing it to my previous system that is no longer in business. Because I have two valves I needed 2 hubs which I did not need on my previous system. Since I needed 2 hubs I needed to setup 2 email addresses to sign in to. Again not something I needed to do on my previous system that I had one sign in for my entire house. Extenders are not listed on the app so when you add them you can only assume they are connected to your system unless you call tech support and they can tell you if they are on line and what account they are connected to. It would be nice if the App had the ability to show you everything you have added and you could see all your hardware under one sign in. If you have a small home and only need one valve and no extenders than none of this will be an issue for you. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars HORRIBLE PRODUCT *by A***H on Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2022* This product is terrible. I had this system installed by a plumber and it was not connecting to the wifi. My plumber and I called technical support several times over TWO MONTHS and they said someone would call us back and they never did. I finally uninstalled this system and the company finally called me back but after two months it is too late. I highly recommend the Moen Flo leak detection system and that is what I went with after this terrible experience.
