We ordered 4 awnings with different lengths and the shipping weight was 94 lbs **Q: how well does it work in winter with snow?** A: When your room is fully extended, the awning has several more inches of fabric on the roller. As the pitch is shallow, snows will accumulate and weigh down the fabric, resulting in it resting on the ceiling of the room.
