Works well but the adjustment knob snapped. Where can I find a knob replacement?** A: It comes with 2. U have to contact delko. U could use a nut and bolt **Q: How do you load The mud** A: Remove the side cover and load mud. **Q: Item weight?** A: 2.5 lbs **Q: The pictures show a corner seam applicator and also shows a flat seam applicator will product come with both?** A: I believe you can order it for like $45 with the straight wall adaptor and you can order the corner adaptor separate. I ordered it with BOTH for about $59.00 as I recall. You can actually use the straight on a corner and a corner adaptor for the straight. But it is MUCH MORE convenient to have both. It is a nice unit and takes some practice but I put on a 500 ft roll of tape in about 7 hours. Maybe without it---200 ft???? It is a great devise and it helps with a second person to follow as you tape and they put down and even out. But it is so fast you can do it with one person. I would rate it very high especially with cost to production ratio. It is great for the novice doing several rooms. If a professional you will graduate to the professional banjo for about $1100. I like the size very easy to handle. I have not used it on flat joints but used it on the corner and worked great. It take a bit of getting used to it but on first try I had no issues.
