I've researched PS and decided to try it on my own. Not only was I more relaxed, (reduces stress hormone Cortisol), but I noticed my memory was getting better, (I play on lumosity.com to get brain exercise). It also has Inositol and Choline which is great for the brain. I recommend taking it after exercise to reduce cortisol or before bed to relax. I also took 4 pills, but I'm a big athlete, at 6'3'' and 230 pounds. In addition, the price was as low as I could find, 2 day shipping was free using Prime. Also, NOW is a great company with GMP Quality tested, (something I look for in supplements).
