This has impacted my life in such a way that I feel the need to write something if nothing else to help others going though what I went though. Small backstory: I'm sensitive to specific strains of Pro-biotics. I didn't always know this, but over the past few years its become apparent. Also found that "white pearls" effect me as well. After being on "normal" probiotics I eventually got a constant nervous feeling of impending doom which eventually turned into worrying about family, death, etc. not great stuff. I was constantly nostalgic and wishing I was back when times were good. (not that times aren't now, but I felt bad for so long I felt like this was what life was going to be like for now on) I had no idea why I had fallen into this feeling, but every day and every night I had it, for over a year. I was absolutely miserable. My Dr. tried to put me on Lexipro. -Biggest mistake for me ever. It compounded my issue ten fold, gave me insomnia, etc. I stopped the pills after a week due to not even being able to function at work. I never got back to baseline after that. Its the closest I've ever felt to insanity. When that didn't work he suggested I talk to a psychiatrist. I am, already, noticing more calm and better mood (more like my old self) within 4 days. My son also commented how he felt more calm and focused and was so much more productive at work within 4 days of taking 1 capsule a day. I am taking 2 capsules a day--1 in morning and 1 in the evening. Can't wait to see how much better I will feel over time. I tend to be sensitive to supplements and I do have histamine issues after tapering off of a sleeping pill in 2021 (much better than it was), but no reactions to this blend, thus far.
