**Q: Do these coasters soak all the way through?**
A: they dont soak at all.  The liquid rolls off unto the table. They don't work I returned mine for a refund.

**Q: If they dont absorb, is there at least an edge to keep from running off the side?**
A: No lipped edges. I would not get it because the water/condensation would cause the coaster to stick to the glass when picked up.

**Q: How about the quality of these leather coasters?Do they worth the price ?**
A: Good quality.  I expect them to last many years.

**Q: What's the diameter of the coasters?**
A: The coasters are 3 3/4 inches across at the middle.

These are just what I was looking for. I ordered these bc I wanted something to protect my new table from hot and hard glasses, these leather coasters really do the job! They are inexpensive but do NOT look cheap, keep glasses from leaving water or coffee stains, and easy to clean with a damp cloth. Well made and elegant looking, look really nice on my table. 6 pcs coasters with a neat holder, they do not take up much space and can be organized well. Overall, these are great coasters especially for the quality and price. I not only recommend it, but would buy these coasters again - Maybe the black one for my office desk.
