Arrived at the early end of the estimated time. My brother is an electrician and he put it up with no problem--since it was designed for and came with LED T-8 style bulbs no bypassing of the ballast was necessary, since there wasn't one. (Not that bypassing the ballast is a big deal, my brother did it for me on another fixture about a week ago and installed LED bulbs but I didn't want to buy a new fluorescent fixture and then just bypass/throw away the ballast, especially if something didn't work and I had to return it)This fixture lights up our kitchen very brightly and we are very happy with it! ### ⭐⭐⭐ The are good shop lights *by T***R on June 18, 2018* The lenses are a bit weak and brittle but it works. Apparently it'll be a long time before the bulbs need replacing + no ballasts to replace--unlike the equivalent fluorescents. It's even brighter (and narrower) than the one I had...very clean white light.
