The rope material is extremely comfortable on the skin and you can move around the straps on the back which was quite nice. These sandals have legitimate power! If you have wide, mannish feet (I was gifted with both - thanks genetics), these sandals will rock your world! I've been struggling to find a pair of sandals that make my hobbit feet look halfway presentable....(not an easy feat - trust me). Not only do I have wide/manly feet, but I also work in heavy/clunky steel toes 12 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week. My feet are pretty ugly from all of the abuse as you can imagine - so needless to say, I typically hate wearing open toe shoes of any kind. I'm vacationing here in the near future and told myself I had to get over it (or suffer sweaty, miserable feet while I'm out at the beach). Anyways, after weeks of looking around in town and on amazon, I came across these. I was hesitant to order, but I'm so glad I did! The sandals came inside a plastic, zip-lock style bag (along with a canvas carrying bag (for the shoes) and a really neat looking Para-cord bracelet). I'm not gonna lie....when I put these bad boys on, I almost cried...they made my feet look cute and kind of dainty (and that's without a pedicure or nail polish)! I'm pretty much in love with these shoes (and I fully intend on wearing them the majority of the time I'm on vacation). My opinion for all you wide feet goddesses out there is to buy them!
