I am glad I went with this versus the IKEA one everyone is hyping up. It came with all screws, spacers and anchors, in which the IKEA brand doesn't have. The 10 x 10 squares are made from durable plastic, which is much better than the pressed board the others are made from. I absolutely love the grooves on the side, which makes them fit more snugly together when you butt them against each other. It is like a lego piece snapping together. This makes installation amazing where when you get one piece up and level, the others have no choice but to be level when you slide another piece beside it.
