Has the phone been dropped with the case yes, the supplied screen protector did not shatter and the edge of case got scuffed the back glass did not also shatter this is maybe at a hight when entering and stepping out from an SUV. Over all it is a nice case my wife is still happy with it **Q: how do you put screen protector on?** A: You use the wipe that came with it that is wet. then use the dust wipe to dry remaining.
