I started getting horrible acne after stopping birth control. This helps but it is not a miracle. I really started seeing results when using it alternating with the ordinary 10% niacinamide serum. This one has 2%. So for moderate acnee I think this is enough. But if you struggle with very big and easily inflamed pimples ( I looked like Lady Gaga with temporary horns but red and misplaced) then you need extra niacinamide. Now I still have pimples because my hormones can't listen for once, but at least they are manageable and I can hide the worst part with concealer. Review: It works - Works like magic.
