Installation was well documented online and this part fit right in.Pro tip: If you don't have a heat gun, use a frying pan on a low setting and check it often. It's easy to fry electronics if you're not careful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great, don't forget to reset charging logic when done *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 9, 2017* My phone died one day and suddenly wouldn't respond when plugged in; I switched the charging ports out and I was good to go. I'm only about a week in but so far I'm very pleased with this. It comes with the double pin board (as advertised) and even though I didn't use the tools, they're pretty nice so I saved them.When I opened up my phone, I found that I only needed the single pin but this worked just fine for me. Installation is pretty easy if you use YouTube and took me about 45 minutes. I thought that it was charging slow at first but my battery was just very dead and needed time. After the first charge it charges like new.One thing I'd recommend is that you press the buttons to reset the charging logic after switching them out. I thought I'd failed/got a faulty part after switching the parts out because the phone wouldn't turn on when I plugged it in. I just held Power + Volume Up + Volume Down for 20 seconds and it came right up.
