I have one and have ran many packs through it and no trouble yet, the car came with a card to register for the 3 month warranty, Tried different battery? check that all wires are hooked up? turn radio on first and last when using, Check the on/off switch and wires... **Q: Will a 4 inch long battery fit?** A: Not without custom mounting **Q: How do I go about getting a new plastic (white) steering servo link? It broke within 20min and never hit anything and all of the sudden no steering.** A: I had the same issue, I ordered parts directly from Haiboxing in China. It took 3 weeks to get them to MN. However, Amazon sells a whole servo replacement that was the same price as 2 of the links.
