A: probaly not  i ordered for a 1964 250 L6 engine  it did not fit and the shipping back cost most than the part cost because to get credit on it it had to be shipped back to china

A: i dont know about the 261  i bought it for 250 6 chevy  it was suppose to fit and it didnt  to send it back they said i had to send it back to china which cost more shipping  than i paid
