The directions warn about holes not aligning, no kidding! The package was all torn like it was opened and retaped. The bolts were loose in the box. There were 15 bolts, 20 nuts and several washers missing. That was out of 40 total of each. I was able to break a weld with my hands. Not trying mind you. If I had the original packaging I would definitely return it!
