Bad batch? *by R***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2019* This product simply did not work. I purchased it based on an online review from a YouTube car repair gent. He raved about it. I waited a while to receive due to shipping restrictions. After I received I went to product website and reviewed video. Mostly of some guy (CEO?) driving around in a Ford Mustang in Germany. Then I took a strong magifying glass and read the label details. I used it as instructed on my great grandfathers 1912 Erie vise I am restoring. Light surface rust. Nothing. Did again and waited 24 hours. Nothing. Used 0000 steel wool in a small area and rust came off to bare metal. Maybe a bad batch? Long time amazon client. Returned maybe one or two items that were truly horrible quality. Contacted them today via chat. Credited me for purchase price on amazon account. No need to send back, which I would have done at my expense. Put in garage w label to not use. I had some rust spots on my vehicle that wanted to use this product on. I cleaned the area first and then applied the gel to the area and let it sit for a good while. Wiped it off with a damp rag and didn't really remove the rust. Didn't really do anything.
