As soon as I got the delivery email, I took the 10 minute walk to my mailbox because I couldn't wait to open the package. I even opened our live on my social media account.... And live on my social media account I was COMPLETELY disappointed. It's 11 pages of writing. Not even full pages. They briefly explain the 5 second rule in large type for your grandma to read without her glasses. Then the rest is what I can only describe as a journal. How did today go? What worked? What didn't? With blank lines to fill in and emojis to shade as a means of rating your day. I am sending my copy back because I have absolutely no use for it. The "author" is literally attempting to make money off Mel Robbins success, and hopes that the hassle of returning it is too annoying for you, so you keep the book in order to rip the pages out and kindle your campfire. This should not be called a workbook.
