A: This padlock is the VIRO PANZER #4126.   It is a Double Shutter.  Each side can be manipulated separately, after you have released it with your security key.

**Q: You say this is a Peweg chain but there's nothing in the description mentioning Peweg. Can you explain?**
A: The chain is made by Pewag in Austria. The Lock is made by Viro in Italy. We cut the chain, add the sleeve and a lock to make it into a kit at our facility in Detroit, MI. So, the complete kit itself is actually a Vulcan Brands product.

**Q: Can the key way in the core be drilled out with a cordless drill?**
A: It's safe to assume there is no anti drill protection if its not specified.

**Q: Wich of both chains are thickier, the 3/8 inch or the 5/16 inch chain?**
A: 3/8 is thicker than 5/16.
