Recently, I ordered a 30x32 in the 527, and it fit well, but since winter is coming on, I decided to order a 31x32 so I could tuck in both an undershirt and a button-down shirt, making it more comfortable. The jeans arrived overnight in a clear plastic bag. It should have been in a shipping bag, but there was no damage, so no harm was done. The jeans fit, and I was able to tuck in both my undershirt and regular shirt with no problems. If I were wearing an untucked shirt, I would definitely want the 30" waist, but since Levi's offers odd waist sizes, this works perfectly, getting an extra inch for winter wear. 30" would have been too tight with added layers, and 32" would have been too loose. Thank you, Levi's, for offering odd waist sizes. The fit and finish are great, and the length is actually correct.
