It is easy to program, has many options for number of feedings per day and amount per feeding, My cats were a little wary of it at first, but have gotten used to it. I use it for 2 cats and the one bowl isn't much of a problem. The one problem is with reliability. When the food gets down to about 2 inches, the feeder becomes unreliable. Some feedings delivered less than programmed and some delivered none at all. I'm glad I fully tested it while I was home. When I go out of town, I will make sure the bin is completely full. ### ⭐ Buyer Beware!!! *by A*** on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 30, 2017* This feeder never worked, right out the box. We read and re-read the instructions, to make sure we were doing everything right, but could not get it to dispense food or record our voice. We never got to use this feeder even once and had to pay for return shipping and the seller offered to give us a partial refund if we wanted to keep it, as if we were just wanting to return it, not that it was broken. Why would we want to pay for and keep something that didn't work?
