The product is manufactured in Finland. If I remember correctly, the listed ingredients are rye, water, yeast, and salt. **Q: Are there whole seeds or grain particles in this cracker?** A: I have purchased and thoroughly enjoy "Finn Crisp Caraway - Thin Rye Crispbread with Sourdough Rye." I am unaware of any seeds in the crispbread, but I am not quite sure what you mean by "grain particles;" I find the crispbread to be homogeneous.
