I like the design because of the black outer edge. I prefer that instead of the completely clear screen protectors I have bought in the past. I also like that only the edges are sticky instead of the entire screen protector. This makes removing it if you put it on wrong the first time much easier. The only problem I have is that it doesn't protect against dust or fingerprint smudges like it says it does. The screen of the U11 didn't smudge with oil from fingerprints, but this screen protector does. It can get dirty pretty quickly after use because it smudges so easily. I have yet to drop it, but it did crack randomly while I was putting on a case that was too tight. The seller was great about upholding the warranty and easily replaced it for me.UPDATE: I found out that these are not very oil-resistant at all. After about 2 or 3 months of having them on my phone, I've started to notice that sometimes my screen becomes unresponsive and I can't text or use it until I wipe off the screen. A few minutes later, it does the same thing again and I have to wipe it off once more. I have also found that sometimes when I press the screen near the middle or bottom, the touch sensory thinks that I am pressing near the top and it scrolls down the feed at the top. This is incredibly frustrating because if I'm not paying attention and I press again while the notification feed is coming down, I might press something and open up a notification that I had been trying to save so I didn't forget about it later i.e. text message or email I had planned to respond to when I had the time. I have reduced the star rating because of this. It was advertised to be oil resistant, which most things cannot actually be, so I have reduced the rating in accordance with it not meeting this advertised property. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Not only was the screen protector at a great price, the customer service (CS) is excellent *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 21, 2017* Not only was the screen protector at a great price, the customer service (CS) is excellent. The pack brought 2 tempered glass screen protectors, along with everything needed to install. The screen fit perfectly on my HTC U11.As I mentioned the customer service has been perfect. The advertised "No hassle lifetime warranty" is exactly as stated. I have damaged 2 Shields. On both ocassions I emailed CS, and, on both, CS responed within the hour simply requesting the order number to confirm the purchase.
