A: If you are meaning the side straps they are to help with supporting the abdomen.

A: I got the large and it fits well. It can be tightened quite a bit so the large works for me.  I’m 2 weeks pp with twins, I’m about 10lbs heavier than you right now.

**Q: Is Z-beige-3in1 100% as well? The style looks different from the other colors.**
A: Not sure! I bought this in "Pink" and it doesn't look like Z-Beige

The foam is soft but still provides the compression support needed under compression garments without feeling too stiff or irritating on sensitive skin. I liked that this came in a multi-pack because it made it easy to rotate pieces while washing and helped cover different areas comfortably. The foam lays flat, helps smooth compression lines, and added an extra layer of comfort during recovery. It was easy to trim slightly for a more customized fit as swelling changed. The material feels lightweight and breathable, which was important during long wear times. Overall, this was a helpful recovery essential and worked well for post-op support and comfort.
