The Axeon high rejection HR3 series membrane elements are very reliable and high performing. These high rejection membranes provide better salt rejection for tap water and light brackish water applications than low energy elements, but require more operating energy. The HR3 series functions at standard 225 psi operating pressure. These membranes offer reliability, high performance and deliver consistent results. They provide increased production, high rejection rates and low energy consumption by operating at low applied pressures. Feature a protective ABS shell. Advanced membrane technology and manufacturing processes ensure high quality and performance. All elements are shipped dry for an indefinite shelf life and easier handling. These membranes elements are 100 percent vacuum integrity tested and may also be ordered as individually wet tested. High rejection rates. Improved system performance. Superior quality and cost savings. Individually vacuum tested. 250 gpd permeate flow rate. 99.50 percent stabilized salt rejection. 225 psig applied pressure. 113 degree F maximum operating temperature. 600 psi maximum operating pressure. 6 gpm maximum feed flow rate. 2-11 pH Range, continuous operation. 1-13 pH Range - short term cleaning (30 minutes). 5 maximum SDI. Less than 1 maximum turbidity. 0 ppm chlorine tolerance. Thin film composite membrane type. Spiral wound configuration.
