**Q: Does this work for Xbox 360 slim s model**
A: Yep it does!

**Q: The unit I received has a 240V style 2-prong plug on the power supply itself not a 3-prong 120V plug. Is that normal ? The unit is labelled as 120V.**
A: Mine is 250V. Starting from the wall outlet: the plug has 2 male prongs labeled 250V which goes into the wall and at the opposite a female end which has 3 slots, though the power block itself only has two male prongs which are inside the receptacle part of the block . The power block goes into the XBox with only 2 round male prongs. The older versions of XBox 360 have 3 male prongs I believe, but I'm not sure.. I have been using this cord for a couple weeks now and it's been working fine. If you are concerned make sure that you ordered the power supply for the XBox Slim if that's what version xbox 360 you have. The slim and the old version of xbox have different cords.

I was fixing up an old XBOX 360 and needed a new power cord. I am always skeptical that they are fakes, copycats, or just plain garbage, especially after looking at other cords on Amazon. This one works just fine, it isn't noisy at all, and doesn't seem to heat up. I've played about a dozen hours of different games on the XBOX and it is holding up fine.

Arrived on time and worked as it should. Only thing that I wish I realize was it did not include the AC adapter that plugs into the power brick so I had to find one. However, for what I paid for it, it was worth it. Still using it as of 2025.
