We tend to avoid specifying the resistance as a number as it changes depending on the stretch of the bands, and the size of a person (e.g larger back, longer reach, wider stance etc). The more you stretch the bands, the more resistance is felt. The type of grip you choose can also influence the resistance for the upper body band as can be seen in this video. At minimal stretch, - The upper body band provides around 40lbs resistance. - The ankle bands provide around 30lbs resistance. It probably wouldn’t work out very well since you are holding the handles and your gloves wouldn’t fit around them.
