Nice Welds But Unexpectedly Lightweight - Seems well built. Welds are nice. Considering a 2 inch hitch and ball weigh 15lb (?) I was expecting this to be similar in weight but maybe weighs half of that. Seems strong anyway for its intended purpose since it doesn't need to deal with a lot of tongue weight. I'll wind up putting a 2500-3500 lb winch on this. Curiously Extreme Max doesn't show any dimensions so I'm adding a picture with whatever I measured - apologies for some measurements that should be the same but may be off by a sixteenth or so. I simply drilled a new whole to accept the locking pin I already had and in the position I needed it. **Q: Will this handle a 4500 pound utv winch? And also does it have a3.0x6.6 bolt pattern?** A: Handles BADLAND ZXR 3500 perfectly, no bending at all mounted on a 95 Toyota 4runner. I feel it could handle more. **Q: Will it work with a S5000 Superwinch** A: Here's the thing. There are several holes in this already. When I put my winch on the plate two of the holes matched and two didn't. Drilled two different holes to make all four match and worked perfect, can't tell that two more holes were drilled. A really great product and well built, couldn't find anything better and shopped around a lot until I found this one.
