**Q: Why did it change from 200 mg per pill to 100 mg per pill?  Very disappointed**
A: Thank you for your question concerning the Kal Magnesium Glycinate.  The product went through a special chelation process to increase absorption and the amounts in each pill changed.  The serving size is (3) tablets to equal 315 mg with and option for a fourth to equal 420 mg of Magnesium Glycinate. A: It’s much larger, and more difficult to swallow. I cut them in half to swallow. Seems as effective to me

These pills are great and they digest great, I do have trouble giving these to my father though because they size is a little big, but I have no problem with it.
