Unfortunately the holes did not line up and made installation impossible without having to take a drill, create 3 other holes, and install screw.Unit #2: Part no. 21 Adjusting Screws. One of the adjusting screws came in partially screwed in at the wrong angle, rendering it stuck. When Ifinally unscrewed it (or thought I had), the plastic grip tore off, and a portion of the screw had sheered off and remained inside part no. 16Part no. 23 (a special type of wrench) did not come with either unit 1 or 2; making installation more difficult.This product does not assemble easy.As to function, the adjustment to the peddles resistance does not seem to change or vary in the peddling resistance; function does not work.I'll update when I install the 3rd unit I got, but I cant go lower than 1 star.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars We placed weights to the front legs and secured them and it works great.
