After doing a bit of research, apparently this is common for the micro usb port version of this keyboard. I wouldn't recommend buying form here, there was a bit of a run around with contacting the seller, then fujitsu, then desertcart, but I was able to get a refund. Review: Even though it is a 45g dome, it requires more actuation force - The thocc is nice, but I didn't like it for long periods of typing. I had to return it. I still think Topre is amazing. When I started typing on it for the first time, it didn't suit me as I was used to Niz plum. HHKB has won me over, though. The key layout took about 15 minutes to get used to. Dip switches on the bottom took a few tries and a few resets to work properly on my mac.
