Less than a month has passed and the Fan motor has failed. Certainly looked to be of good quality but hasn't lasted past 200 hours of operation. It will try to run now if it is jiggled, but will not continue. Update: I removed the 3 screws holding the motor in, applied a few drops of WD40 thru the 2 openings on the rear of the motor. Tilted the motor to try to get some lube on the front & back.
