Eventualli have discovered that i had a piece of toilet paper that got stuck at the edge of the pipe. I was able to take it out using the camera and push it back to me. The operation of the camera is great. The fact that it's wireless is awesome. No limitation of where is your phone or laptop. It took me a while to download the app but after figuring it out, this product seems great, just for what i was needed ! Review: Endoscope works fine with cell phone. Wireless component never functioned correctly. - Never could get the wireless piece to work properly so I just hardwired it to my cell phone. The tech support site listed on the directions doesn't exist any more.
