My daughter has cerebral palsy, and the pill form of magnesium doesn't dissolve well in her G-tube or other tubes. We discovered this at a local vitamin store, where it cost over $30 per bottle. However, Amazon offers it at half that price. We use this product not only for its benefits to bone and heart health but also for its positive effects on her nervous system, as she tends to be very tense and has a high degree of muscle contraction. Additionally, it aids in regulating her bowel movements. The benefits of magnesium are numerous, and we are absolutely thrilled with this product.

Decided to try these for nighttime. Very salty. They work well, but not my favorite. I could taste them over any flavoring added to. I prefer powder to mix. Best night of sleep though.
