**Q: I'd imagine these are much lighter than standard asaltos. Is that a problem?**
A: No, it's not a problem. My husband is the asalto player. The cork ones are not his favorite, but they do have a nice sound.

**Q: I'm confused by the size options. Is that the diameter of the ball? If so, I have small hands then the smallest size is best?**
A: Yes，that is diameter of the ball.
if you have small hand, you can choose 47mm for smooth playing.

**Q: does 2 in 1 set mean 2 balls on 1 cord is what i'm buying so i would need to buy 2? or does it mean 2 full pieces in one set as in 1 for each hand?**
A: 2 cord and 4 balls. Thank you!

**Q: Are these cork asalato silent? It is not clear from the description whether these are playable or only for silent practice.**
A: These are not fully silent, however they are not as loud as traditional asalato designs. They are substantially more quiet  and do not have a piercing crack or snap sound that tends to travel through rooms as traditional asalato do.

They are intended for practice use. The beads inside have a slightly higher timbre than I expected, and that is where most of the sound comes from over the clacking together of the cork shells. 

I recommend this product as a practice alternative. Perhaps if you could shut yourself in a room or be on another floor of the house, etc then these would be a good "silent" pair of asalato.
