Finally, I tearfully told her I would try and did an internet search and stumbled on Valerian Root and it had a pretty good revue. I did read where it has a horrible odor, so I was pleased to find that Natures Way offered a coated version with very little odor escaping. Anyway, I decided to take the maximum dosage it recommended (3 tablets) about 1/2 hour before bedtime. To my amazement, I eventually got to sleep, and could sleep through the night. I should note that I don't get a nice good deep sleep under any circumstances, one of the side effects of Fibromyalgia.
