At first the printer did not recognize the toner so we contacted the seller. After gathering some information we realized we had a new firmware printer. Toner Tap was quick to send us replacement toners immediately with the new updated version already installed. We were printing as soon as the new toners were installed. Really happy with the technical support we received from Toner Tap. We’re also extremely pleased with the quality of the impressions. We had a big print job and the Toner Tap color was vibrant and precise from the very beginning. It has remained very consistent all the way to the end of the print queue. The printer has worked very well with these Toner Tap supplies, so we will continue to replace the toners with the Toner Tap brand. When you buy a printer, make sure to take a minute and find the Date of Manufacture. This little bit of information will allow you to tell the supplier that information so that YOU get the right toner for your printer.
