These are perfect for the home user. I used a 3 quart pot. and 4 of these are great for timing. Cook 1 at a time with oil deep so to cook with just a single flip. The negative thing is that I cut my finger on the edge of one of the forms. Edges are too sharp. I also would widen the opening a bit to keep your tortillas from closing to tight for filling.
