I’ll start by saying that I only use liquid liner on my waterline, so finding a product that actually stays in place is difficult. This product says 17hrs, but it could definitely last longer than that, as I work 13hr shifts, and it doesn’t budge, smear, or flake. It’s actually a bit hard to remove even with micellar water, so definitely waterproof.
