My hair has been in its natural state all my life, however, I never learned how to care for it properly. I would wash my hair with cheap nice smelling shampoo frequently (as I am very active) and would brush the sides of my hair with a boar bristle brush daily to form a boring and tight bun. Ugh! After learning more about the modified Curly Girl method and refining it using different sources, I decided that I needed a stronger hold to my curls. This product holds my curls well and having "scrunching the crunch" I do not find that my hair is hard. In fact, the curls are soft. I also use "Eco Styler Grip Styling Cream Gel (Moroccan Argan Oil) when I do not need extra protein added to my hair. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing. *by S***L on February 24, 2022* Thank god I was able to get it again. I bought this because I like Ecoco products I have bought in the past, but I didn't want a hold 10. This was the only one that wasn't a 10 at an 8. I'm glad I got it because the hold 8 doesn't make my hair crunchy and it looks more natural.The reason why I'm at 4 stars is because it doesn't smell that great (not bad, but not great) and it's brown color sort of turns me off.
