So doing sinus irrigation or a Netti Pot doesn't work so well with little kids... go ahead and try it... I did. Although it takes anyone a few tries of sticking crap up your nose and shooting liquid into it before you hold still, this does the trick when they give up the struggle. I tried this stuff on myself, yes with my kids snot all over it, before I threw it away. Feels like saline to my nose, which is mostly intact. I would recommend this to anyone who has a kid with sinus issues. I buy this crap by the 6's.
