Do yourself a favor and along with tacky clear glue, keep a bottle of crazy glue and freeze spray handy. Some items stick better using an instant glue. Like others, I didn't like the 'tape' curved stair rail, so made my own with toothpicks and a piece of black fabric for the top part of railing. I used a craft paint pen on the railing pieces to cover the light areas where they were punched out. And, loved the leather sofa, but the chairs with curved backs looked 'messy', so used my own fabric, All in all, it created a world I wanted to disappear into.
